To further strengthen its overall service offering, the Nordic software group Progrits acquires Danish Tetrasoft A/S, a leading provider of solutions in route optimization for transportation and service.
Since 1999, Tetrasoft has offered route optimization and fleet management with its two core products, MapBooking and MapFleet. Today, it is one of Denmark's leading software companies in this niche of Transport Management Software. The acquisition of Tetrasoft is well aligned with Progrits's strategy to strengthen its vertical focus areas, in this case Transportation & Logistics.
