We don't just think – we do!

At Progrits, we work actively to continuously develop our offers and operations, always with the customer and customer value in focus. We build on knowledge of challenges, opportunities, and technologies within our verticals, but we can also leverage strengths within one vertical for use in another.

Because we, the people behind and in Progrits, all have experience from being entrepreneurs, leaders, or experts, we know that it is usually not to think right that is most important and difficult, but to make the right things happen.

We are a flat and prestigeless organization, we leave all forms of image, "that's not my responsibility" and politics to others. We want to see people and our business develop, and that requires action, not opinion.

Business development through collaborations and networks

Progrits strategy is based on step by step winning new ground from positions where we are strong. Customer and business value are central, which is the background to our focus areas - in order to offer maximum customer value, a deep understanding of one's customer, customer segment, and market, is needed.

Our leading positions within each focus area create opportunities for business development and growth, for example through the common customer base or a broad common contact network. Through active collaboration, we share knowledge and support investments, and together we create more business opportunities. In practice it is about creating contact surfaces at different levels in the organization and being alert in customer dialogues, in order to be able to offer several of our products and solutions.

International growth is a common strength within Progrits. Together, we have operations in several European countries as well as customers in North America, and thereby know what is required to grow into new markets. By having employees on site, we can analyze market conditions and use each other's networks to create dialogues about potential market expansion.

Our focus

We focus primarily on five main areas to continuously improve and develop our business. We work with strategic planning and how we execute the strategy; with our offers and how we market and sell them; that the right people work in our business and that we are the best workplace for them; and that we work as efficiently, long-term and sustainably as possible.

Our team

Passion and drive in our teams is Progrits’ main competitive advantage. In order to maintain and develop the power of that combination, we look more at attitude and mindset than, for example, formal education when we recruit. We know that to build winning teams you need balance, job satisfaction and shared goals.
