Tachografservice Joins Progrits

Progrits has acquired Danish company Tachografservice A/S, a provider of software solutions for the storage and analysis of tachograph data. This acquisition paves the way for strong collaboration and further development with Progrits’s existing subsidiary, Idha Sweden.

Since 2006, Tachografservice A/S has been developing software solutions that help transport companies comply with legal requirements by digitally storing, analyzing, and monitoring driving and rest times for professional drivers. The acquisition aligns well with Progrits’s strategic focus on the Transportation & Logistics sector. Both Tachografservice and Idha Sweden offer solutions for managing and storing tachograph data, and this partnership will enable further development of services for both existing and new customers.

“We are pleased to welcome Tachografservice to the group. As regulatory demands for smart tachographs increase, so does the need for efficient solutions to store and proactively monitor driving and rest times. By combining the expertise of Tachografservice and Idha, we have a great opportunity to strengthen our service offering, making it easier for transport companies to stay compliant. This, in turn, promotes legal adherence and ensures fairer competition in the industry”, says Björn Ekström, CEO of Progrits.

Joining the Progrits group provides Tachografservice with greater opportunities to expand its reach to new customers and partners across Europe.

“We are excited to become part of Progrits and to work closely with our new sister company, Idha. Our combined expertise and experience in tachograph data will allow us to create more value for both new and existing customers, whether through support or the continued development of our services. All employees are coming along on this journey, and we will continue to support our customers as usual in achieving sustainable, safe, and efficient transport”, says Frank Markvardt Kristensen, CEO of Tachografservice.
