Progrits has acquired the Polish company Operibus, specialized in software solutions for public transport. With this acquisition, Progrits expands its international presence and further strengthens its offering within the business area Public Mobility.
Operibus was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Wrocław, Poland. The company’s flagship product, PublicTransport.online (KiedyPrzyjedzie.pl), is a platform that combines real-time passenger information with advanced fleet management functionality for transport operators. The service is used by public transport companies both to improve the passenger experience and to make operations more efficient.
For Progrits, the acquisition marks a clear reinforcement of its position in the Polish market. The group has been established locally for more than ten years through its subsidiary Infospread and its product zBiletem, building deep knowledge of both the market and the regulatory landscape. With Operibus joining the group, Progrits further accelerates its presence and solidifies its position as an international player in digital mobility solutions.
