The Nordic software group Progrits is acquiring the Danish software company Dimaps. The acquisition aligns with Progrits's strategy to strengthen its vertical focus in the Transportation & Logistics sector, creating new synergies within the group.
Danish Dimaps is a leading software company that develops and provides precision and navigation services. The company's software includes advanced route optimization solutions for last-mile and last-meter deliveries, covering areas such as parcel and newspaper distribution, as well as waste management.
